Cookie Policy
Last updated · June 2026
This policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use on the XBIN site and how to manage your consent, under Law 41/2004 (ePrivacy) and the GDPR.
01 · What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a site, used to make it work and remember preferences. Some are first-party (set by us), others are set by external services (third-party).
02 · Cookies we use
| Cookie / service | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| xbin_session | Keeps the session and browsing security | 2 hours | First-party · necessary |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms against abuse (CSRF) | 2 hours | First-party · necessary |
| Google Maps (footer map) | Shows our location on an interactive map | Set by Google | Third-party · consent only |
We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies.
03 · Consent
On entering the site we show a notice where you can Accept or Decline non-essential cookies. The Google map only loads after you accept. Your choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage); we keep no server-side record of it. You can change it at any time via “Manage cookies” in the footer. Necessary cookies do not require consent, as they are essential to provide the service.
04 · Analytics (future)
We do not currently use analytics or measurement cookies. If we adopt them, they will load only after your prior consent and we will update this policy and the table above.
05 · In the browser, and changes
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may stop some features from working. This policy may be updated whenever there are technical or legal changes — the date at the top reflects the latest revision.
